Simply put these guys are exceptional and reconnected my electrical service entrance when Hydro left us in the dark and cold at the end of Feb 2017 (tree cutting crew saw that that the utility wire was lying on the roof and immediately pulled our meter). They had us reconnected in what had to be record time and a full day under the time they predicted and within the budget they originally provided.
Could not be happier with their exceptional service and quality of workmanship.

I had such a great experience with Bertling Electrical Group. Michael came in and made great suggestions on how to light up my yaletown condo. Maurie and Forbes showed up right on time with everything that was needed. Maurie had listened about schedules and made sure he was ahead of other trades. Such an all around great experience. Also a company that is super warm and welcoming entering into your home and being friendly with your pets.

I contacted Vasyl in December 2017 to install a new exterior electrical outlet and to add an extra outlet in the garage. He responded to my inquiry within a few hours and came to my house to do a free estimate within a couple of days. The price he quoted was very reasonable. i called Electrician 4 less to have a sub panel added since there was no space left in my breaker box, They sent someone the same day to estimate the job, their price was 30% less than the other quotes i had received and he seemed to be very knowledgable and upfront.
The service was really good, the work looks great, i was worried that im jeopardizing quality by choosing a cheaper quote but i was wrong, great service and amazing price.

I don't usually write reviews, but it seams these days you see so many bad ones I felt I had to write about my experience with Active Electric. I found them online and of course was leary about what I was going to get... BUT not only was Active able to help me with my small bathroom fan issue... they came the same day I called (who does that anymore) and fixed it quick (45min.) even though they had to go purchase a new fan and come back. They were clean and they only charged me for the 45 min not an HOUR like most places wanted to do...
I have since recommended them to my Parents who also used them successfully.
So yay for Active...
