Needed all new electrical in several rooms from an extensive renovation. Called Alpha Electric to get a consultation. Aaron came in a timely manner; He was professional, polite, and explained everything very clearly that needed to be done. His work was done within the deadlines and the final result exceeded my expectations. I had no surprises on the invoice, he was upfront and honest throughout the job. When I called to have an issue fixed, Cleveland said he was in the area and would be right here, and he was. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I had tried to call a couple other electricians prior to calling Cleveland Spencer Electrical,but the other businesses did not answer the phone and did not return my call. I was so relieved when Cleveland answered the phone and came right away. I am definitely going to refer him to anyone I know.

Although over 2 months have passed since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house, I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and for have some laughs, too. You also told everything up front and made some recommendations that would get the job done/ keep costs reasonable.
