Best place to buy parts only downfall is that many people only have weekends off and you guys are only open till 1 on Saturdays you guys should keep your 4 pm hours just for Saturdays....I'm hoping that this might be taken into consideration as I do a lot of business here and send all my customers to dash...rather than parts source napa canadian tire etc

Ive been searching for a part for my car everywhere and finally found it here ! The guy in the store was so helpful and so excited to help me out! He seemed to be working alone for the day and had a-lot on his hands but dropped everything to help me. I seen his storage area and he has a huge supply. we had a problem with our car while camping in the area and had it towed to MotorMania on a weekend. I called Monday morning to let them know the car was there, Keith in Service was extremely helpful and called me back later that day to say it was fixed. They found a simple problem and it didn't require any parts. there is a positive attitude in that shop and they even told us where to try fishing while we were in town. Excellent service I'd recommend them to anyone looking for service or parts

I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

A company didn't honor their warranty on something I had purchased, and after a hell of a lot of back and forth by Chris, the manufacturer refusing to act, he and Mario chose to help me out through Cap-it. It was a situation that they could have blamed the company and slid out of it, but they didn't.

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !
