I got my prom dress here last week , I have been all over the town to find that perfect dress for myself but no result then one day my friend suggested me about Cavery in Erin Mills town centre ,I love the selections they have, beautiful dresses to choose from, I love the service they provided me , some stores I went to they did not let me try more than 3 dresses at a time and 15 minutes limit to use the fitting rooms at cavery I tried 9 dresses and took over 1hour they were so patient and he

This bridal boutique offers many surprises. The small shop quietly boasts several well noted bridal labels to choose from. The owner gently guided me through the try on and decision process. She never pressured or pushed, but gave great advise on various gowns I tried on. I did buy my gown at Richmond Hill Bridal Boutique - loved the experience, the selection, the service, the sweetest lady ever who owns the shop.... and I love my dress. I wish I could give more than 5 stars that’s how happy I was with the staff here. Sylvia was beyond great, she worked so hard to make sure my wedding dress was everything I wanted and more. All the other places I went to did not compare to Tom Jeon. Everyone was amazing, the entire staff Chris and Silvana as well as the seamstresses who made the dress perfect. I highly recommend!

My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem. If only we'd gone to Bliss in the first place our experience would have been so much better - Thank you Sally you salvaged what seemed to be a hopeless situation. Joan Bell

We shopped for a prom dress at Helen’s Bridal and it was such a great experience. The staff were all amazing, pleasant and helpful. All the prom dresses in the store were under $600, we did not have to worry about price tags while choosing dresses to try on. Fantastic staff at this location. Everyone was very helpful. The store manager Brian helped me coordinate my outfit and took all my measurements for my alterations. When I returned to pick up my jacket and pants the store was closed but the very friendly female staff member ( sorry didn’t get her name) brought it out for me! Highly recommend shopping here!!
