I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Yikes today is April 16th 2025, and Wow!! we had Robert (another ROB) over to our home to discuss our options for a new furnace. What a professional, concise, friendly, courteous, sales person. He answered all of our questions, gave us complete information, took his time to explain what was going on with our old Geothermal furnace, and all of the options, that we needed to know. Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost!
I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up
Called Bill and explained the situation. He was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Turns out the "Y" wire from the thermostat had broken.
If I ever need an HVAC guy ever again, this is the person I will call

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Woke up one morning sweating because my A/C was not working. I called Bill's because they installed a new furnace in my home last winter. Within 2 hours he called me and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. Very fast turn around time! Bill came in found the issue and got a part from his truck and quickly fix it. I would like to share my experience working with this company.
I called them to inspect my system and i found out that my furnace needed repair and it was better for me to change it. it was 30 years old and my gas bills were very high, Paul came by gave me a free estimate (the day after a called) , so i went with a new furnace,new air conditioning and new tankless water heater. i got almost $2000 back from the government in rebates for high efficiency products.

I have used Air Conditioning Experts for various things over the past 25 years and have to say I am many years late in posting this review as this is not my normal practice.
Obviously, I have always been pleased with the service & pricing as I am still using this company. I have had a/c systems, no heat calls and recently, I have had an oil furnace removed, replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace.
I am very happy to recommend this company as the technicians are great, courteous & on time
