This bussiness is 'first' class.I've had the unfortunate passing of my mom during the holidays. From the first phone call we made to keran(employee) to the last step we made out the front door.Everthing was handel with the utmost respect and professionalism.very caring and attentive staff.Everthing was on time. I was overjoyed with the service I recieved. The staff were caring and friendly. I went in not quite sure what to send to a friends celebration of life and the two women there helped me get the best arrangement for him. My friends family request information on where I went to get such a beautiful arrangement made for their son. They still have it to this day. I found the staff knew what questions to ask me to get the best for a friend I lost to cancer. Thank you and I would definitely go back.

Our mom and stepfather passed away within a year of each other and both had prearranged their funerals with Turner & Porter ( our neighborhood funeral home for over 30 years). We never wanted to see T&P twice in a year but they were perfect both times. The staff are lovely and accommodating and there was no attempt to add extra cost. I highly recommend Turner & Porter at Bloor. It was a difficult time but they made it easier. I really couldn't recommend them more.

The Kipling location has served my family twice. There was a different person attending to all our needs and questions. Both provided information as to options and costs. At no time did we feel any pressure to request services beyond what we had in mind on arrival.
The staff was professional, courteous, and understanding.
Although the reason for going there is a sad one, yet the environment is bright and uplifting.

My sister died suddenly, and I have never done the cremation process before. Paula who was my contact made it meaningfull and not painfull she was very kind and explained everything in regards to forms and the actual viewing and identification she made it ok. I was very appreciative and went away feeling I had done what my sister has asked for. I would highly recommend Highland Hills to my friends in a time where there is extreme stress and sadness of the loss of a friend or family member.

Hi I recently visited my grandparents resting site after 20 years as I live overseas. I got the address from my uncle and rented a car . The place was very inspiring and well maintained went i arrived and it didn't feel like a cemetery indeed... or at least like how they normally are. The office were very helpful in getting the details of the location and after some hot coffee, we were escorted to the site. They left us alone and I thanked them. thank you Highlands !!

I attended a visitation for a close friend who had passed away. I was impressed with the facilities which were modern and clean. The staff were professional and kind. The funeral director who prepared my friend for viewing did an excellent job as he looked so good and that brought back memories to the days when he was well and we had fun. Overall they did a great job and provided compassionate service in a spotless environment.

What a welcome service this is. These days, funerals have become so impersonal and 'business-like' that bringing them back into the Church, where we bade our loved ones 'farewell' as they embark on their final journey, is very comforting.. The cost of funerals are so horrendous, it's almost cruel but, thank God, Affordable Funeral Services Inc. seems to have some compassion for those left behind to bear this expense.
