Peter provided great advice preparing the house for listing, assisting in final touches , showing and selling the property. Peter's sound assessment allowed for ease of sales negotiations and his advice and knowledge allowed for a smooth closing. Peter's knowledge, motivation and experience where exceptional and informative through out the whole process. I don't think I could have found a better realtor. When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent.

I recently had my bathroom renovated and a fireplace removed and walled in. When Adam says he’s the guy with the eye, he means it – finding solutions for some very wonky walls, making sure everything looks perfect down to the fine details. He showed up when he said he would, and he and his crew were great to work with.

Mike and his team were great to work with. We hired them to do a large cutout in a supporting wall for us. While we hit some snags through the process and it took longer than anticipated, the finished product is beautiful, and everything was done thoroughly. Price wise, MDS is very reasonable, Mike and team are very easy to work with, and they have a great eye for design. When we were unsure of a design decision, they gave great input. Will definitely hire again!

We had Joe Bodnar do three projects at our house. First a large renovation doing a finished basement. The workmanship was outstanding, whether it was the framing, drywall, taping, sanding, and painting. Price was very good too, and Joe worked seamlessly with all trades. The finished basement looks excellent! We then had him do a full fence replacement (picture shown) and tiling in our kitchen (picture shown). We intend to use him for some work at our cottage too! Highly recommended!
