I am shocked by the poor reviews posted here. Very unfair ! I get breakfast at this Parksville location every Sunday morning then head to the park to eat. The drive through kids are so courteous, professional and quick. My order is always correct and I have found them to be vey fast. Much better than our other two drive thru restaurants. Lire plus

My husband found this little place about 4 years ago when we were in Parksville for a family vacation. We had no reservation and they were able to find us a table outside in no time, since then we continue to come here as our 'date night', even more exciting since we now have 2 little ones! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are reasonable quick and courteous. We have never had any major issues, and now with the no smoking with in 3 feet of any building I am hoping the only thing that ever annoyed me is no longer an issue! Unlike the reviewer below( believe she has the wrong store altogether )The severs remember my orders, including the extra toppings I like , and unlike most of the other subways here in Nanaimo, aren't cheap with the toppings . I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store - usually am there when its busy around lunch, but have also gone late in the evening and although the staff has changed , they also have given good service. I tried Aiolis in Parksville b.c. yesterday with two dear friends. We all had different fish and chip dishes. I had the deep fried halibut and chips my friends had the deep fried pacific cod and chips and one had the deep fried lingcod and chips. All 3 of us agreed how delicious and ungreasy all of our lunches were fabulous and so fresh!!! Prices are fantastic for todays prices.
