We were very pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and large room. Check-in was super fast. The hotel is very pleasantly decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Bonjour Erin,
Croyez que nous sommes désolés de lire ici que vous avez eu une expérience décevante avec nous. Ne prenant connaissance de vos commentaires qu’en janvier 2014, soit plus de 3 ans après les faits, il nous est difficile de situer exactement ce qui a pu arriver lors de votre location. Il n’est pas dans les habitudes du Réseau Appartements et Gîtes au Québec de «briller par notre absence», de ne pas nous occuper de nos clients après une location et de ne pas répondre à nos appels et courriels. Le fait que, 3 ans plus tard, nous soyons encore en affaires avec une offre encore supérieure d’appartements meublés en location le montre bien.
Toutefois, votre expérience a été insatisfaisante et, encore une fois, croyez que nous en sommes extrêmement désolés. Veuillez nous en excuser.

Funky decor, excellent service, great value! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Hotel is in the perfect location next to shopping, restuarants and clubs. The modern and relatively new hotel was full of cool design -- definitely impressive!

En voyage pour le bureau, j'ai trouve le personnel très accueillant. De plus, les chambres sont propres et très grandes. La salle de bain est tres moderne et spacieuse.
Le déjeuner est bien. Ce serait idéal s'il y avait quelque chose de chaud.

Nice and fairly new hotel located near old Montreal. Comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. The room service selection is ok. Higher floor rooms offer great views of downtown Montreal. Pool has a glass bottom that can be seen from the drive through of hotel - interesting. Overall great hotel.

This hotel is great. I will most definitely return. It is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated from the lobby to the guestrooms. It is conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing. The Metro stops for the orange line and/or green line are just a couple of blocks away and the Metro is easy to navigate. You need your card key each time you use the up elevator to get to your floor, you need it to enter your room of course, and then again to allow switching on the room lighting.

The Hilton Bonaventure is a great place to stay in Montreal. They have excellent and friendly staff; spacious and well-appointed rooms; and a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The concierge was very helpful for general information and the outdoor pool area is great for relaxation.

A great place to stay. The value of the room was worth every penny....we had a giant bed to share. Good location in Old Montreal with a lot of tourist attractions.

The bathroom is extremely clean, and you get shampoo and conditioner separately. the bed is very comfortable. The rates are affordable and not expensive. There is a Nickel Restaurant attached to the hotel which helps.

The front desk staff were excellent. This modern hotel is in excellent condition and very clean. There is a nice indoor pool and heated whirlpool. Right next to the restaurant is a small but pleasant bar/lounge.

Within the hotel room, they have a computer that is connected directly to the internet, a mini stereo that you can your Ipod, and an excellent shower room.
I've been to many hotels and most lacks those items and I find this hotel to be somewhat underrated by many people. This hotel is actually pure amazing and I'd wish to stay there for a year if I could.

I have been staying at the Sheraton in Montreal since 2006 and have seen this hotel go from a dated aged hotel to a newly renovated more modern hotel. The location can't be beat - 1 block of St. Catherines and lots of selection around it to eat. The restaurant has good food, but is overpriced, so you are probably better eating out. One word of caution, in my experience, if you are in the North West corner, rooms 30+ of higher, there is a noise, I think it is the fan, so I would recommend staying away from that corner. The North-East corners are pretty quiet - unless the Habs are in the platform then it can get a little noisy.
