I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues.
