If you're white, do not visit this East Side Mario's location. Today our family went there and we were totally ignored from the onset. After we were sated it took the server almost 20 minutes to finally come to our table. In fact there were 2 other tables seated after us with South Asians / Indians that were served way before us. The place was not busy being around 2:00 pm. 85% of the tables were unoccupied. When we were finally served our orders were wrong & plated like garbage.

I finally have a nice date night with my wife for dinner and a movie. l order a chicken dinner to only eat some of it under-cooked pink. l almost sicked on the table. l returned the dish to the server with disgust. l find out, another table next to us experience the same uncooked chicken dinner. l complain to the manager, her excuse was new staff in the restaurant. The manager didn't try helping us. I left the restaurant, my wife ended up paying the bill with no compensation from the Manager. Di

First I would not even give one star to this Resturant.
I had some company over to I order from this location Brampton Great Lakes I ordered fettuccine pasta with alferdo sauce but I did not know that when you order it online you don't get any sauce on it I order penne with Tomato sauce and that was the same so I call d the 1844 number wow I was shocked when I was told there is nothing that can be done because the Resturant is going to close in the 40mins and offered me the credit for the 2
The first time we order delivery it took 70 min to come and the food was cold and disgusting I told myself I would never order from them again but I decided to give them another chance so we ordered again the food took 75 minutes to arrive once it arrived our pizza was a small which we ordered a large The delivery driver took It back and within an hour returned with the large once I open the box not only was the pizza burnt it was also cold only thing good was the delivery driver he sweet
